Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a quantitative and analytical background preferred.
• MBA in Finance or a related field is desirable.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Finance or related background.
• Strong skills in data analysis and ability to create executive-level reports.
• Advanced MS Excel (pivots, v-lookups, advanced formulas, macros).
• Experience with Tableau (preferred), JavaScript & HTML (desired but not required).
• Knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Jupiter.
• Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, work in an unstructured environment, and manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide actionable insights on sales and pipeline performance.
• Support Sales Excellence leaders with reporting and analytics.
• Prepare Insight Packs using win/loss data, competitor analysis, and sector research.
• Lead operational activities for Pursuit Lifecycle opportunities.
• Maintain and update training materials for process education.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of reports.
