- Welcome calling, collections, and related tasks
- Handle customer queries effectively
- Maintain professionalism in all communications
Shift & Schedule
- Shifts: Rotational shifts (24/7) – Any 9-hour shift including 1-hour break
- Work Schedule: 6 days working, 1 rotational week-off
