Eligibility & Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant technical field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Trainer.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal & written).
- Comfortable with public speaking and technical presentations.
- Experience in designing technical course content.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a distributed team.
- Willingness to travel across different regions for training.
- Knowledge of training techniques and tools.
Preferred/Additional Skills
- Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and e-learning tools.
- Programming or scripting knowledge in Python, Java, or HTML.
- Experience in Zoho Developer Experience products.
- Professional certifications like CTT+, CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer are a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Design training materials – presentations, documents, videos, e-learning modules.
- Training Delivery: Conduct live & virtual training sessions for customers, partners, and developer communities.
- Product Demonstrations: Showcase Zoho product features and functionality effectively.
- Q&A Support: Address participant queries with clear explanations.
- Feedback Collection: Gather participant feedback to enhance training materials.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with Zoho product changes and updates.
- Collaboration: Work with product managers, engineers, and support teams to align training with product updates.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate training records and statistics.
