- Experience with CRMs and ERPs, especially Salesforce
- Proficient in Power BI

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments
- Familiar with Salesforce CRM, ERP systems, and expert in Power BI
📌 Key Responsibilities
📊 Operational & Strategic Activities:
- Monitor KPIs from Salesforce
- Escalation tracking & reporting
- Deep dive analysis of Service P&L and country service business
- Generate weekly/monthly dashboards for business and operational reviews
🔧 Continuous Improvement:
- Drive sustainable improvements by eliminating inefficiencies
- Propose enhancements to existing processes
👤 Reporting
You will report directly to the Service Director or Country Manager.
Your core responsibility is to monitor global service KPIs and support strategic decision-making through actionable insights.
