🔹 Contribute to all phases of the product development life cycle.

🔹 Support continuous improvement by exploring new alternatives and technologies.

✔ Experience in technical writing of software documentation.
✔ Excellent written English skills.

✔ Attention to detail and content accuracy.
✔ Passion for writing and creating engaging content.
📑 Job Description & Responsibilities:
🔹 Collaborate with internal teams to understand the product.
🔹 Plan and execute content development activities.
🔹 Write easy-to-understand online help manuals.
🔹 Review content with the editorial team and stakeholders.
🔹 Test manuals using user personas.
🔹 Standardize content across platforms.
🔹 Revise documents and update as necessary.
🔹 Create and publish SEO-optimized, relevant, and compelling content.
🔹 Contribute to rich content resources (articles, eBooks, infographics, webinars, videos, etc.).
🔹 Choose the best channels to promote content.
🔹 Measure and analyze content effectiveness using metrics.
