🎓 Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / M.Tech degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and logical thinking ability
- Ability to explain complex technical information in simple terms to non-technical stakeholders
💻 Required Technical Skills
- Knowledge of at least one Frontend Technology:
- HTML
- CSS
- JavaScript
- Angular
- Flutter
- React Native
- Knowledge of at least one Server-Side Technology:
- Java
- C++
- Python
- Go
- Good to have:
- Up-to-date knowledge in the Payment Gateway domain
- Debugging & troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of APIs and Plugins integration
🛠 Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Address and resolve technical queries related to APIs, Plugins, and Razorpay product suite
- Communicate technical issues with merchants and internal departments
- Work closely with CXOs, developers, and tech teams to provide solutions
- Identify product irregularities and unexpected behaviors
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support for merchants
- Raise Jira tickets for bugs and coordinate with Product/Engineering teams
- Maintain CRM records (FreshDesk) and update issue progress regularly
- Act as a technical advocate for Razorpay products and integrations
- Enhance merchant experience by offering direct technical solutions
- Travel to client sites (if required) to resolve complex integration issues

The Technical Consultant will:
- Work directly with developers and clients on post-integration issues
- Provide consulting, troubleshooting, and best practice guidance
- Ensure timely resolution of merchant tickets
- Report to the Head of Technical Support (Business Engineering Team)
