🛠 Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve technical queries related to APIs, Plugins, and Razorpay product suite
  • Communicate technical issues with merchants and internal departments
  • Work closely with CXOs, developers, and tech teams to provide solutions
  • Identify product irregularities and unexpected behaviors
  • Provide Level 2/3 technical support for merchants
  • Raise Jira tickets for bugs and coordinate with Product/Engineering teams
  • Maintain CRM records (FreshDesk) and update issue progress regularly
  • Act as a technical advocate for Razorpay products and integrations
  • Enhance merchant experience by offering direct technical solutions
  • Travel to client sites (if required) to resolve complex integration issues

The Technical Consultant will:

  • Work directly with developers and clients on post-integration issues
  • Provide consulting, troubleshooting, and best practice guidance
  • Ensure timely resolution of merchant tickets
  • Report to the Head of Technical Support (Business Engineering Team)
