Education Required:
- Degree in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Knowledge of deposit operations, financial transaction processing, banking policies, and account opening procedures (Checking, Savings, CDs, Money Market accounts).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) – Advanced Excel is a must.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts and be flexible with relocation as per business needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Process financial transactions submitted through paper and digital channels (ATMs, Mobile, RDC, Lockboxes).
- Verify MICR Line details and ensure accuracy.
- Balance debit/credit entries and resolve discrepancies.
- Review Positive Pay Exceptions and deposit returns.
Work Details:
- Shift: US Shift / Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
- Working Days: 5 Days (Work from Office)
- Week Offs: Rotational
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
