🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 1+ year in AI/ML development and Full Stack Engineering
🛠️ Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with AI/ML development and Full Stack technologies (ReactJS, Snowflake)
- Hands-on experience with classical ML algorithms and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Knowledge of NLP model development and deployment
- Experience in designing and optimizing MLOps pipelines
- Ability to manage large datasets and ensure data quality
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building ML models, including LLMs, RAG, and fine-tuning
- Familiarity with unit & integration testing
- Exposure to ElasticSearch / Apache Solr, Kafka, FastAPI
- Knowledge of Oracle, Snowflake, ReactJS
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and orchestration tools
💼 Job Responsibilities
- Develop next-generation AI-driven solutions for Cisco’s Partner Incentive programs
- Build, maintain, and optimize robust Python-based AI/ML codebases
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Design and deploy predictive models using supervised & unsupervised ML techniques
- Build NLP solutions for customer matching, deduplication, and intelligence
- Integrate LLMs such as GPT-4, BERT, T5, LLaMA, Mistral into enterprise systems
- Design and optimize MLOps pipelines for deployment and monitoring
- Ensure model scalability, reliability, and continuous performance improvement
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation
- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML technologies and industry trends
